The woods and forests are magical places par excellence where the seeker of Truth can have a more intimate contact with the secrets and the essence of Nature. Our ancestors had a deep bond with the wild, uninhabited places; among the dense vegetation they found everything they needed for their lives. For this reason the Pagans have always worshiped trees and springs. Even today, the old oaks tell, to those who have ears, and those who have eyes, the ancient mysteries that have witnessed centuries and centuries ago. Only the initiate is able to fully understand the language and draw valuable lessons that will enshrine from the prying eyes of the profane. But even the common man benefits from a pristine natural environment, then the defense of the integrity of our planet is a duty for all men.
